Post-Conference Activities (In Luxor, Egypt):*

* Rate in USD & including Tour Guide & Transportation only
* Entrance Fees not included in the rate & to be paid directly to ticket offices
* 50 % deposit is required when booking any of the trips
* Trips Cancelled within - 1 week prior to arrival - to 36 hour 25 % cancellation fees
* Trips cancelled within 36 hour = 50 % of the trip rate cancellation fees
* Trips cancelled on the same day of the trip or No Show = 100 % of the trip rate
* Trips should be booked prior to arrival at least 3 weeks
* We can accommodate special requests different than above if booked & arranged at least 3 weeks prior to the event
