The VIME is an extension of the Vibration Institute Annual Training Conference (ATC), which has been held annually for more than 46 years. The VIME caters to the EMEA regions and the conference sessions will follow Al-Khobar, KSA local time (GMT+3).

The conference is planned to serve the Middle East and is designed in three paper tracks as well as an exhibition.
Call For Papers is Now Open! Deadline for Abstract Submission is May 16, 2024. Deadline for Paper Submission is July 31, 2024. View Paper Submission Guidelines below, and Paper Management Portal link below.
Track 1 - Applied Papers : Applied Papers from all conference topics are invited for submission.
Track 2 - Case Studies Track: Case Studies that are documented with successful implementations, or documented cases yet to be resolved are invited for submission.
Track 3 - Technology Track: Papers on emerging technologies and/or applications of current technologies are invited for submission.
General Session Presentations are allocated 45 mins (35 Presentation + 10 mins Q/A), while Keynote and Plenary Session Presentations are 1.5 hrs (1 hr 15 mins Presentation + 15 mins Q/A).
The Third Vibration Institute Middle East Training Conference was in a Hybrid format (Online and Classroom), that was held at Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah Hotel during the period of October 24-26, 2022
The Conference had overwhelming success, With 25+ Papers and 10 Exhibitors, including distinguished keynote speakers and talented speakers in condition monitoring technology as well as case studies Presentations and Sessions. Pre-Conference Short Course was held. The Conference was supported by 130 Attendees.

RITEC is pleased to announce the overwhelming success of the the Second Vibration Institute Middle East Conference, held virtually online during the period of October 26-28, 2020
The conference program included 35 Keynote, Plenary, Technology, and Case Study Presentations and Sessions. Pre- & Post-Conference Short Courses were held. The Conference was supported by 12 of the leading Condition Monitoring Solution Providers World-Wide, interacting in a parallel Virtual Exhibition with 400+ Conference Attendees.
We look forwards to holding the Third Edition of this unique Conference, bringing together distinguished prolific expert speakers from around the world, from industry and academia with their peers and fellow practitioners.
The First Vibration Institute Middle East Conference (VIMECONF) held in Sharm El-Sheikh Egypt in March 2018 was a great success.
The VIMECONF18 received 120+ attendees from 5 continents. The conference program, which included 30 Technical Presentations and Case Studies covering a wide range of Condition Monitoring Technologies, advanced analysis techniques, as well as, practical and theoretical aspects of important concepts in the Condition Monitoring field, was of great benefit to those that attended.
Supplementing the Technical Agenda was a State-of-the-Art Exhibition which included 18 of the leading vendors of condition monitoring technologies world-wide. This allowed attendees to discover the latest trends in technology hardware and software.
